  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

Delivery time is an estimate and may change due to courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order

  • Any promotions such as free shipping will be mentioned on our website or ads

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations in Pakistan

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier companies to deliver your orders safely across Pakistan.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct

  • Pak Petz Store is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or a video of the package and product

We will assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch

  • You can contact us anytime to check your order status
