1. No Return or Refund After Order
Once an order is placed and confirmed, returns or refunds are not accepted.
We request customers to carefully check product details, size, quantity, and address before placing an order.
2. Replacement Only If There Is Our Mistake
A replacement will be provided only if the mistake is from our side, such as:

The product arrived damaged or defective
In such cases:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging are required
After verification, we will send a replacement.
3. No Refund in Any Case

Cash refund is not offered

Store credit is not offered
Replacement is the only solution if the issue is confirmed to be our mistake.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided if:

The product has been used or opened

The issue is reported after 48 hours

The damage is due to customer misuse

Customer changes their mind after ordering
5. Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, Pak Petz Store will bear the shipping cost

In all other cases, shipping costs will not be covered
6. Order Cancellation
