Replacement Only Policy
At Pak Petz Store, we maintain a Strict No-Return Policy. We offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee if the mistake is on our part (damaged or wrong item). We will replace it at no extra cost.
Exchanges & Delivery Charges
For exchanges due to customer choice or incorrect size selection, all delivery charges must be paid by the customer. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
Order Confirmation Process
Once an order is placed, we will contact you via Call or SMS on your SIM. Your parcel will only be dispatched after your confirmation. Unconfirmed orders are automatically cancelled.
